Ehren Murphy
1998 Downingtown alumni, played under Coach Drill, founder DRFC. Continued playing at West Chester and Brandywine.
Returned to Downingtown to coach in 2019. 2025 15’s State Champions.
Jim Lamb
4-year starter at Drexel University; Fly Half/Winger. Surfside Championship player and coach. 10th year coaching Boy’s HS rugby at Coventry, Downingtown, Conestoga; 15s State Champions, 3-time PA State Finalist; 8 State Final 4 appearances; 7-time Summer 7’s Tournament team champion.
Tours: England; Ireland; Wales.
Dom Bartone
2001 Downingtown rugby alumni, played at University of Pittsburgh. Men’s teams: Greensburg, Brandywine, and Philly Whitemarsh. Began coaching 2023.

Nick Worontzoff
Played 2 years at Conestoga before joining Downingtown in 2023. Scrumhalf on Ireland tour and 2025 15’s State and Surfside 7’s championship team. Most Improved Player 2025. Radnor HS
Ryan Nathan
Began playing rugby with Coventry in 2020, joined Downingtown in 2023. Flyhalf on Ireland Tour and helped lead team to first international win. 15’s State and Surfside 7’s championship, PA Player of the Week and Offensive Player of the Year. OJR HS
Will Lorenzi
Andrew Henning
Joined Downingtown 7 years ago, and it has been a life highlight. Favorite memories: Ireland Tour, selection to the 2024 PA Allstate team, and the cup win in the 2025 15s State and Surfside 7’s championship
Christian Worontzoff
Played juniors at Conestoga, joined Downingtown in 2023. Flanker on Ireland tour and the 2025 15’s State and Surfside 7’s championship teams. Radnor HS
Daniel Herrera
Has played for Downingtown since 2019. Won 2 most valuable forward awards and a most improved player.
Kade Sandora
Joined Downingtown Rugby in 2019. Plays prop and second row. Traveled to Ireland for the 2025 Ireland tour.
Cole Shoemaker
Attends Downingtown West High School, plays 2nd row. Joined Ireland tour spring 2025.
Aaron Ronafalvy
Aaron has been with Downingtown Rugby for 6 years. He primarily plays at Wing or Scrum-half. He went on the Ireland tour in the summer of 2025. Downingtown West HS.
Luke Pasley
Joined Downingtown in 2025. Play primarily with the backs but join the forwards on occasion to hook.

Dedicated first-year wing learning game IQ, sharpening footwork, and contributing through discipline, teamwork, and a passion for improving. Downingtown East HS.

Coaches
Oliver Snow
Oliver joined DRFC in 2020. He began his rugby career in 1997 with the Brandywine Rugby Club. A wing, before eventually becoming a forward. He was a member of the 2003-Armed Forces Championship Team.
Dave Miscavage
Dave started playing rugby at Drexel University where he played in the front row, then joined Schuylkill River. In 2018 he began coaching at the youth level and joined Downingtown rugby in 2024.
Jim Rosato
Jim began his rugby journey in 1975 at Conestoga H.S. He joined Philadelphia Rugby Club, and attended Ohio University where he was captain. Selected to the Mid-Atlantic All-Stars.
Joined Downingtown in 2002 and started the middle-school rugby program. Assistant coach with DRFC HS Girls since ’23.

Joined Downingtown in 2020, played on 2024 Pennsylvania 7s State Championship team. USA Women’s Pathway, Atlantis, and EGRL First Team

Joined Downingtown 2024, 2024 State Championships team, Rookie of the Year 24-25, 2025 PA state rugby team New York 7s
Jakara Dixon
Joined DRFC in spring 2022 coed youth team. PA Rugby All State Select team 2023 & 2024. 2024 Scotland tour. 7’s State Champs in 2024. Atlantis Rugby -2025 Buckeye invitational Champs.
